DAY 1 : FES --> IFRANE--> ZIZ VALLEY-->MERZOUGA
Ready for an adventure you;ll never forget? Our 3-day desert tour from Fes to Marrakrch satarts bright and early as we leave the historic streets of Fes behind and travel south toward the Sahara Desert.
Our first stom is Ifran, a charming town often called the Switzerland of Morocco. We the continue throught the scenic Middle Atlas Mountains, stoppong at a cedar forest to see the famous Barbary apes in their natural habitat. lunch will be enjoyed at a local restaurant along the way.
in the afternoon, we drive through the stunning Ziz Valley , known for its endless palm tree oases and dramatic desert landscape. Just before sunset, we arrive in Merzouga, at rhe gateway to the Sahara Desert.
Here, the afventure truly begins with a memorable camel trek across the Erg Chebbi san dunes. we’ll stop atop a high dune to watch the spectacular Sahara sunset before continuing to our desert camp.
Upon arrivel, our friendly staff will guide to your private desert tent, where you can relax and enjoy a shower. After a delicious traditional dinner, gather around the campfire under a sky full of stars. enjoying Berber music and drumming–and if you like, we’ll even teach you how to play the drums yourself.

DAY 2 : SAHARA DESERT--> TODRA CANYON--> DADES VALLEY
You’ll want to wake up early today. Trust me on this. There’s something magical about watching a Sahara Desert sunrise cast golden light ovver the Erh Chebbi dunes. it’s a moment of pure peace and a highlight of any Morocco desert tour.
After a delicious breakfast at camp, we’ll hop into our 4×4 vehicles and head toward Merzouga. From there, our journey continues to the Dades Gorges.
Here’s a fun tip: if today happens to be Sunday, Tuesday, or Thursday, we’ll make a special stop at the traditional Moroccan souk in Rissani. It’s the perfect way to get a real feel for local culture and daily life. You’ll see how people have been shopping and trading here for generations.
Once we’re back on the road, we’ll drive through Tinghir and follow the Todra River all the way to the Todra Canyon. You’ll have time to walk beneath those incredible cliffs. They tower above you, reaching heights of 300 meters. It’s truly breathtaking.
When we reach the Dades Gorges, we’ll stop at a spot with some really unique rock formations. Locals call them monkey fingers because of their shape. What’s amazing is that this whole area was once the bottom of an ancient sea. Can you imagine?
We’ll also get to see an incredible view of a zig-zag road winding through the landscape before we head to your hotel for the night. It’s going to be a beautiful place to rest after such an adventurous day.

DAY 3 : DADES VALLEY->OURZAZATE--> AIT BEN HADDOU--> Tizi n’Tichka--> MARRAKECH
Start your day with a fresh breakfast, then we’re off to explore the beautiful Valley of Roses in Kalaat M’gouna. The air smells amazing here. Next up is Ouarzazate, which people call the Hollywood of Africa. We’ll visit the famous Atlas Film Studios, the biggest film studio in the world. Its desert landscapes are what make it so special to movie makers.
Just a short drive from there, you’ll find the incredible Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. This ancient walled village is a real work of art, built from earth in the traditional Moroccan way. It’s so important that UNESCO protects it as a World Heritage Site. Walking through its gates feels like you’re stepping right into a movie. And that makes sense when you learn its history.
This place has been in some of the biggest movies and shows you’ve probably seen. Think The Mummy, Gladiator, O Clone, and Game of Thrones. You’ll have plenty of time to wander through the narrow streets and soak up the views that have inspired filmmakers for years.
To finish our adventure, we’ll wind our way up through the High Atlas Mountains. We’ll cross the Tizi n’Tichka pass, which offers some breathtaking scenery. Then we’ll arrive in Marrakech, a city full of life and energy. It’s the perfect way to end your three-day journey through Morocco’s desert landscapes.
