DAY 1 : MARRAKECH->HIGH ATLAS MOUNTAINS->AIT BEN HADDOU->OUARZAZATE->DADES VALLEY
Your 3-day Your shared 3-day desert tour from Marrakech to Fes departs in the early morning, when you’ll be picked up at your accommodation in Marrakech. Depart the lively Red City and up into stunning High Atlas Mountains, through the superb Tizi n’Tichka Pass (2,260m), the highest road pass in Morocco.
On the way, we will show you wide range panoramic views, picture-stops and also real visits to Berber authentic villages for a better and deep understanding of a traditional country mountain in Morocco.
Our first major visit is to the iconic Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – a listed UNESCO world heritage site and one of Morocco’s most treasured landmarks. This historic walled village is an Moroccan earthen architecture jewel, and it has been backdrop for blockbuster films and TV series like Gladiator, Kingdom of Heaven, Babel and Game of Thrones.
We will have a guided tour of the Kasbah, then continue to Ouarzazate, or Hollywood of Africa, and the Gateway to the Sahara Desert. Here, you’ll pause for photos at the renowned Atlas Film Studios, the largest in the world.
The journey then proceeds through the beautiful Valley of Roses, which is known for its rose cultivation and the production of cosmetics, before eventually arriving in the breathtaking Dades Valley.
Time permitting, an exploration of the spectacular Dades Valley, including the unusual rock outcrops known as “Monkey Toes” and the scenic zigzag mountain road, one of the most photographed routes in southern Morocco, is scheduled.

DAY 2 : DADES VALLEY->TODGA GORGE->SAHARA DESERT
Start the day with a good breakfast and begin your drive to Morocco’s Desert Tour. Pass through the Todra Valley, a lush palm oasis that extends from Tinghir (an area inhabited by Berber people) to the corner of the Todra Canyon. Enjoy a walk in the bottom of the canyon, close to the river of Todra Gorge, one of the most spectacular canyons around the world, taking extraordinary pictures.
Continue into Merzouga, the gateway city to the Sahara Desert, where you’ll have an opportunity for a camel trek adventure in Erg Chebbi. You’ll ride across the golden dunes, stopping at the top of a high dune and taking in the Sahara sunset.
Arrive at your luxury desert camp in Merzouga, where our friendly staff will be waiting to welcome you with traditional Moroccan mint tea and escort you to your private tent. Take your time to relax and freshen up while enjoying the tranquility of the desert.
In the evening, enjoy a delicious Moroccan dinner under the stars, followed by live Berber music and drumming around the campfire. Join in to learn how to play traditional desert drums for an immersive Sahara experience.

DAY 3 : MERZOUGA DESERT->AGDZ--> MARRAKECH
After our breakfast at our Luxury desert camp, we will take our return journey to Red city via some great scenery. From our desert, we will drive through Rissani, Alnif, and Tazzarine.
By midday, we arrive at Agdz, which is a beautiful town in the Draa Valley, famous for its palm groves and old kasbahs. We leave the town and continue on the drive through the Draa Valley towards Ouarzazate.
In the afternoon, we will drive through the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi N’tichka Pass, which is one of the most incredible driving routes in Morocco, arriving in Marrakech in the evening.
