Booking & reservations
How do I get a quote for my tour?
Every trip we organise is private and tailor-made, so we prepare each offer personally. Tell us your travel dates, the number of travellers and the tour you like, and we’ll send you a free, no-obligation quote within 24 hours, with a detailed itinerary. We focus on quality: comfortable vehicles, experienced local drivers, carefully selected hotels and desert camps, and real attention to every guest.
How do I book a tour?
Send us your travel dates, number of people and the tour you’re interested in through the contact form or WhatsApp. We’ll reply within 24 hours with a tailored itinerary and a personal offer. To confirm your booking, we ask for a 10% deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before departure. Please note that the 10% deposit is non-refundable, because we use it to reserve your hotels and desert camp in advance.
Are your tours suitable for families and children?
Yes, families are very welcome, and we offer special conditions for children. Tell us the ages of your children and we’ll adapt the rhythm, the stops and the desert camp to the whole family.
The tours
Are your tours private?
Yes. Our tours are private, with your own vehicle and a professional local driver, so you travel at your own pace and can adapt the itinerary to your interests.
Where do the tours start?
We run tours from Marrakech, Fes, Casablanca and Tangier. We can pick you up from your hotel or riad.
What is included in the tour?
Our desert tours usually include comfortable air-conditioned transport, an English-speaking driver-guide, your nights in hotels and in the desert camp, breakfasts and dinners, and a sunset camel trek in the dunes. Lunches, drinks, monument entry fees and tips are not included. Each tour page lists exactly what is included.
What kind of desert camp will I sleep in?
You can choose between a traditional Berber camp and a luxury desert camp in the dunes of Merzouga (Erg Chebbi).
Can I customise the itinerary?
Absolutely. Every tour can be adapted: add a night, change the route, include Chefchaouen or the coast. Just tell us what you’d like.
Practical information
When is the best time to visit the Sahara?
Spring (March to May) and autumn (September to November) offer the most pleasant temperatures. Winter days are sunny but nights in the desert can be very cold, and summer days are extremely hot. Read our full guide: Best time to visit Merzouga.
What should I pack?
Comfortable clothes in layers, a warm jacket for desert nights, sunglasses, sunscreen, a scarf to protect you from sun and sand, and a small bag for the night at the camp.
